Welcome to Takween Gallery. By accessing or making a purchase through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General. Takween Gallery operates as an art gallery and auction platform offering original artworks for sale. These Terms govern all purchases made online, in person, or during live auctions.

2. Eligibility. Purchasers must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By completing a purchase, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Payments. Payments are processed securely through goCollect or approved payment gateways. All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated. For high-value artworks (AED 2,000 and above), a deposit is required to confirm the purchase. Full payment must be completed before shipping.

4. Shipping. We ship worldwide via trusted logistics partners such as DHL Express and FedEx. Delivery times vary depending on destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.

5. Authenticity. Each artwork is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity detailing the artist’s name, year of creation, medium, and internal reference number. Takween Gallery guarantees authenticity to the best of its knowledge.

6. Return Policy. All sales are final. We follow a strict “no return, no exchange” policy, except in cases where the artwork does not match the agreed specifications. Any claim must be submitted in writing within 3 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property. All images, descriptions, and content on Takween Gallery platforms are the property of the gallery and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability. Takween Gallery shall not be held liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping companies, customs authorities, or third-party service providers.

9. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
